LEARN HOW TO MAKE THE PERFECT CUP

Coffee - Brewing and Storage Tips

-

Begin with a clean coffee maker and cold, pleasant tasting water

-

Use at least one well-rounded tablespoon of coffee per six ounces of water

(We recommend a strongly brewed cup as it more clearly reveals the special character of First Colony coffees)

-

Remove coffee from heat and transfer to a thermal carafe to be enjoyed at your leisure for best results

-

Refrain from boiling, reheating or leaving on any heating surface for more than 30 minutes

-

Store coffee in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer to preserve freshness
